What was the highlight of Occidental Mar Menor
Bom, o melhor preço / qualidade da zona
Neste alojamento gostamos especialmente da zona das piscinas que para além de super grandes a água estava sempre agradável, também nunca faltou espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sol para todos, os dois bares de apoio às piscinas também funcionaram muito bem. Outro ponto positivo que gostamos muito foram os horários das refeições super alargados. As refeições na nossa opinião apesar de não ser muito variado, o que tinha era bom. O serviço de limpeza e reposição de toalhas no quarto foi muito eficiente. O hotel é bonito e moderno .
Neste alojamento achamos que deveria ser melhorado: - A limpeza das áreas comuns ( os corredores de acesso aos quartos estiveram a semana toda com algum pó e manchas). - O frigorífico do quarto não é o mais adequado , faz barulho durante a noite. - A porta do quarto podia ter um melhor isolamento tanto a nível de ruído como de luz que passava do corredor para dentro do quarto durante a noite. - Os corredores se fossem em alcatifa não se ouvia tanto barulho do calçado durante a madrugada e de manhã dos carrinhos da limpeza. - A limpeza dos copos e dos pratos do restaurante deviam ser supervisionado antes de ir para a mesa pois estavam sempre sujos (principalmente os copos). - Podiam variar mais as refeições do buffet ( ao fim de três dias achamos muito repetido).

Atendeu bem , foi boa. Mas, pelo preço daria para ser pensão completa.
Café da manhã bem servido.
Houve uma confusão no momento do check in, pois havia feito reserva para quarto triplo, duas camas de solteiro e um sofá cama, mas o que estava pronto era um quarto duplo. Foi resolvido, mas causou um certo transtorno.

Férias fantásticas
Hotel moderno e muito amplo. Quarto bastante espaçoso e confortável, com uma boa varanda com vista para as piscinas que eram fantásticas. Refeições variadas e saborosas.
Custo do estacionamento à porta. As praias mais próximas estão interditas a banhos.
